1. Who we are
Lyper is operated by LIZIERO DIGITAL STUDIO LTDA, a company registered in Brazil (CNPJ 45.725.179/0001-82), at Rua Arruda Alvim, 423, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05.410-020, Brazil. Contact: contato@lyper.com.br. This policy explains what data we collect on lyperprep.com and the Lyper exam preparation service (the Service), why we collect it and the choices you have.
2. Data you give us
Email address, when you ask for updates or buy full access. Purchase details, when you buy: your name, email and purchase status come to us from our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Optional answers about your exam, exam timing and whether this is a first attempt or retake. Messages you send us by email.
3. Data collected automatically
If you allow analytics and ad measurement, we collect usage analytics: pages you visit, actions in the product (for example starting or finishing a practice test), your browser type, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this to understand what works and to improve the Service. Independently of optional measurement, your answers to practice questions are processed to provide your results and study plan.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and browser storage for access, study progress and preferences. Optional PostHog analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (when enabled) load only after you allow analytics and ad measurement. Meta has a separate choice. Declining either choice does not prevent practice, checkout or paid access. You can change both choices below. We do not show third-party ads here.
5. How we use your data
To provide the Service, build your results and study plan, process payments, send the updates you asked for, answer your messages, keep the Service secure and improve it. Optional analytics and advertising measurement help us understand usage and attribute registrations, practice sessions, checkout clicks and paid purchases to campaigns, only for the measurement providers you allow. We send marketing email only if you asked for it, and every message includes a way to opt out.
6. Who we share data with
We share data with Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and our email delivery provider to run the Service. With your analytics and ad measurement choice, PostHog and Google receive usage events and identifiers; Google may receive a hashed email for enhanced conversion matching. Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (when enabled) receive conversion events, purchase values, currency and transaction identifiers where applicable. If you allow Meta ad measurement, the Meta Pixel may collect website activity and we send Meta a hashed email address, purchase value, currency and a transaction identifier after a paid Prep purchase. Meta uses this to attribute ads. You can stop future optional measurement below or email us with a privacy request. Separately from optional browser measurement, we record completed purchases for payment reconciliation and support, including purchase identifiers, email, amount and currency in our transaction records and PostHog. Declining advertising does not prevent us from recording and fulfilling your purchase. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
7. International transfers
We operate from Brazil and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Wherever your data is processed, it stays protected under this policy.
8. Retention
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Usage analytics may remain linked to a pseudonymous identifier so we can measure the Service and honor deletion requests.
9. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to stop sending you email, or to stop future optional measurement using the controls below. This reloads the page so the declined libraries no longer load. Measurement of a payment already in progress may follow your earlier choice. Depending on where you live (including Texas and other US states, and jurisdictions covered by the GDPR or the LGPD), you may have additional rights under local law. Email contato@lyper.com.br and we respond within 15 business days. We never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Children
The Service is for adults preparing for professional licensing exams. It is not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 to purchase. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we update the date below and, for material changes affecting customers, we notify you by email. The current version always lives at lyperprep.com/legal/privacy.
Analytics and Google ads
Allow PostHog and Google analytics, Google Ads measurement and, if enabled, Microsoft Ads. They may use cookies and site activity; Google may also receive your hashed email to attribute conversions.
Current choice: not chosen
Meta ad measurement
Allow the Meta Pixel and purchase attribution. After a purchase with measurement allowed, we send Meta a hashed email, amount, currency and transaction identifier.
Current choice: not chosen
Declining measurement does not affect practice, payment or access. Measurement of a payment already in progress may follow your earlier choice.
