Common questions
Do I need a prelicensing course in Texas?+
No. Texas does not require prelicensing education. The state asks that you be 18, pass the exam, submit the application with the 50 dollar fee and clear a fingerprint background check. No required hours, no approved provider, no certificate. The exam is the only gate, and passing it is what we prepare you for.

On exam day you see 145 questions: 130 scored (100 general plus 30 on Texas law) and 15 unscored pretest questions, administered by Pearson VUE. Pearson VUE reports a scaled score, not a raw percentage. Our bank mirrors the official content outline section by section, with the same weights.
How is this different from a course or a question bank?+
